How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Everyone who reaches out to Plasmagon Walk-In Tubs should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a concern and what happens after you do. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You are welcome to contact us about:
- How your call or message to Plasmagon Walk-In Tubs was handled
- The way we treated your personal information
- Anything on this website that looks unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If work in your home went wrong, it usually helps to take it up with the provider first. Jot down dates and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Be aware that Plasmagon Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's work or act for a provider.
How to Reach Us
Email contact@plasmagon.living and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- What happened and what you would like us to do
After You Send It
We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Settled?
If our answer does not fix things, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also turn to your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau. For a licensed contractor, your state contractor licensing board may be able to help.
