Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Plasmagon Walk-In Tubs wants plasmagon.living to work well for everyone, including older visitors and people with disabilities. This statement shares how we approach it. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What We Are Aiming For
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.
Steps We Take
Our efforts include:
- Clear headings and a sensible reading order
- Text descriptions for images that carry meaning
- Readable text size and strong color contrast
- Pages that work with a keyboard alone
- Layouts that read well on phones, tablets and computers
- Plain, simple wording
- Clearly labeled form fields and short forms
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may still miss these guidelines. Embedded tools and other third-party content can sit partly outside our control. We check the site on a regular basis and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If something here is hard to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@plasmagon.living and we will do our part to assist. A family member or caregiver is welcome to reach out for you.
Tell Us What Broke
If a page gave you trouble, let us know and we will look into it. Email contact@plasmagon.living and tell us:
- Which page or feature was the problem
- What went wrong and what you expected
- Your browser, device and any assistive software, if you can share it
We will read your message and aim to answer within a few business days.
Work That Keeps Going
Accessibility is never done. As we update the website, we will keep making it easier to use.
Tell us what happened
Send a short request with a few photos and notes. A local provider in our network can follow up with questions and a written quote.
